- Assist the Channel Leaders, Regional Managers and also the Partners in improving their inside sales business operations model
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly
- Research the market for new competitive products introduced and the marketing strategies adopted by competitors
- Record details of every sales transaction in the sales book and submit weekly reports to the Channel Management Team
- Understand customer needs and requirement; Analyze the choices and financial capacities of every customer and suggest suitable products
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Comfortable with cold calling, Lead Generation ( End to End Inside Sales )
